Part of the original toning series, Slow Tone is designed to deliver an all over body workout that will tone all the right areas. Take your time with each movement for best results.
We make use of a light-medium BodyBand in this workout, but you can also use a TheraLoop or regular TheraBand to your liking;-) Enjoy!
