3 Seasons

This Total Body Toning program is the basis of everything we do here at the Couture LAB!

We focus on activating the smaller muscles, and realigning the body, priming it for everyday life.

Each week includes three toning workouts that you can complete with very little equipment. This is the perfect mix of mobility, activation and toning for your entire body. The three weekly workouts include:

Core Activation and Strength

Leg Mobility & Toning Exercises For A Lean Look

Upper Body Strength & Agility

Every session focuses on realigning posture, leaning out the muscle and burning body fat. .

There is an optional HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session, at the end of each week, along with recovery sessions and rest days.
